1. Overview
At Noruq, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom-made products

Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related products
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Our support team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund if requested by the customer.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you are welcome to exchange it within 30 days of delivery, but the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or clearly mismatched with your order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
