Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as product launches or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues) may occur.
3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide, except to regions where local restrictions or sanctions apply.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items.

Some oversized or fragile items may have limited delivery options.
4. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your full order may ship once all items are available.
Estimated ship dates will be indicated on the product page.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust pre-order timelines in the event of supply-chain disruptions.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Noruq is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs processes in your country.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

We are not liable for packages delayed, held, or lost due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@noruq.com with your order number and photos.
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund.
9. Shipping Errors
If we made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped), please contact us immediately.
We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item at no additional cost.
10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus original shipping and handling fees.
11. Force Majeure
Noruq is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
